Approximately sis (6) acres has been cleared and is dedicated to the cultivation of fruits trees such as citrus; orange, lime, grapefruit, mango, sour soup, coconuts, plums and an assortment of timber species; Mahogany, salmwood, ziricote, cortez and mayflower.

All of our plants grown naturally (completely organic) without the application of artificial fertilizers.

The cleared areas and orchards are always kept clean. The remaining four (4) acres are kept under forest, primarily as a source of local materials. Due to its location, the property enjoys road frontage on the east (ca. 735 feet) and south (ca. 600 feet).

Utilities such as light and village potable water are just about a half mile away. Even though the access road is not totally all-weather, it is only seven (7) to ten (10) minutes walking distance from solid grounds.
